Reminder for ACB Movie Night

Saturday, July 14th.
6:00pm.
BYOB (if you imbibe), iced tea and water will be provided.
Also, bring a snack to share (something small, don't go all out unless you want to). :)
We will be viewing the documentary "Jesus Camp". It's approximately 90 minutes long, so plan accordingly.
Please contact me for details via phone or e-mail (for directions to the location and to RSVP).
Also, due to the location and the health of our membership (two with weakened immune systems and one who will be undergoing surgery shortly), please be considerate and do not attend if you have the plague (or other wandering virus). ;) The gimpy ACBers thank you immensely. *wink*

Other topics to be discussed at the Movie Night
*It has been brought to my attention that two interested parties do not live in the city of Bakersfield. It might be wise to change our name to reflect our demographic and geography. If you can think of a better name for our group, then please submit it here or on movie night.

Just saw a NTY article and it made me think about my hopeless hometown of Bakersfield...

Let me know if there are any surviving members of Bakersfield Atheists

Will there be any events in the future? I would be very interested in joining in on the rational thinking!

I don't think anybody can make you... pray at all Grant and I'm sure if you were intimidated because of your lack of belief you should have grounds for a law suit especially if you were targeted because of it
